Regarding web development and design, the following Terms of Use document is intended to be regarded as a legally binding agreement between Webberhelp, the client, and the developer. All of our web development projects are connected to the terms listed above. You certify that you accept the following terms of use and agreement by visiting or registering with Webberhelp:-

 

Agreement

You will discover a copy of the aforementioned terms of use that is submitted with the project quotations in regards to acceptance of the agreement. Before we begin working on your project, please make sure you accept the terms of usage. The acceptance details specified in our contract also include the paperwork pertaining to the advance payment as well as the online payment.

 

Copyright & Permission

Upon final payment, clients should own the rights of the final photos, web designs, source files, codes, and pages developed by developers. Prior to doing this, a written agreement should be made. It should be mentioned that the developer will be the only one in possession of the codes and designs in the absence of any such agreement. It is not permitted for clients to distribute or resell finished files unless a written agreement has been established beforehand between the client and the developer. The customer is required to include a development link or credit on every website that the developer develops.

The client consents to the developer including any changes or developments that the developer makes. On the other hand, links should be included in the code and not show up in the browser if the client requests them. In his work portfolio, the developer is free to retain ownership of any professionally completed job for a client.

 

Material

As per the agreement, the developer has the permission to deny the handling of the following:-

• Any media containing hostile program and virus
• Any media inappropriate or unlawful
• Any media that founds infringement of privacy, criminal offence or copyright.

Domain Names

Webberhelp retains the option to buy multiple domain names. The client’s best interests will be the driving force behind this. Using the developer’s address and contact information, the domain name will be registered in the client’s name. Any third parties that are participating in the service may have conditions of usage that the client must adhere to.

 

Third Party

To fulfill the project requirements, Webberhelp can need the assistance of third parties, such as credit card processing. In addition to this, the functionality guarantees that the services are properly combined. It must be made clear that Webberhelp will not be held accountable for any problems arising from using the third-party service.

 

Privacy Policy

Regarding this agreement, any third-party link or developer is free to utilize the data and information that clients submit. To identify the customer in communications with the party, this information is necessary. Additionally, it would provide periodic communication with the client, enabling the provision of optimal services.

 

Payment of Accounts

As per our agreement, we require a deposit from each new client before beginning any work. All expenses made by Webberhelp on behalf of the client, such as site hosting fees or any other fee are invoiced in advance. Please confirm that there will be no return for this money. Webberhelp’s policy states that any unpaid balance related to the job must be settled in full. This needs to be paid within 30 days of the invoice submission date. Please be aware that we take cash as well as personal checks. We accept payments made with any major debit/credit card, bankers drafts, or BACS depending on client’s geographical location.
