Cancellation & Refund

At Webberhelp, we’re committed to giving our clients total happiness and ensuring their business succeeds. We acknowledge that a client has accepted all of the terms and conditions we have discussed when they click the “Accept” or “Agree” button, depending on which is more appropriate, or when they authenticate a contract. We also take into account the fact that the acceptance is given in a mentally sound manner and without any form of coercion. In this case, we accept that the client has carefully read and comprehended the conditions of use and policies after the order has been placed.

 

Cancellation Policy

At Webberhelp, we think that working together with our clients is important in every manner. We have this accommodating cancellation policy in place to make the cancellation process as simple as possible. Before placing or confirming the cancellation request, we require the following consent from our client(s):

Only requests for cancellation made within 72 hours of placing the order will be deemed valid and accepted by us. Order cancellation requests won’t be taken into consideration once the appropriate suppliers or merchants have been notified of the order and have begun the process of completing the service(s) specified in the order.

It is important for our consumers to be aware that purchases cannot be cancelled if the request is made on the day of delivery. Requests for cancelation of services that the marketing team has purchased on holidays such as Easter, New Year’s, Christmas, etc. will not be entertained by Webberhelp. Order cancellations are not allowed for these exclusive offers because they are time-limited and unique.

If the client can demonstrate that the quality of the service they received was unsatisfactory, we will process their request for a refund or replacement. Within the following five (5) days, the clients must report the same.

When the official cancellation date approaches, clients who still owe Webberhelp money for services rendered should pay it in full. The fractional months specified in the Agreement will not be prorated in any way by us. We encourage all of our customers to ask any queries they may have about billing and cancellation requests via email or by writing them down in black and white to prevent account security lapses and privacy issues.

If a cancellation or refund request is made after the cooling off period, Webberhelp will not take it into consideration for any reason. It will also result in the guaranteed costing being paid in full. The contract will likewise be immediately terminated as a result. We may, however, take into account any additional results that the client and Webberhelp have mutually agreed upon.

 

Refund Policy

When a consumer purchases services from Webberhelp, they are covered by our money-back guarantee for 30 days. After reviewing or looking into the matter, Webberhelp may think about offering a complete refund if the customer or customers are dissatisfied with our services. We would strive for complete collaboration with our esteemed clientele. Thanks to its excellent work and services, Webberhelp has hundreds of satisfied clients all over the world.

Webberhelp is able to offer an exclusive guarantee for its services since it has a reliable support system. Within ninety (30) days of using or purchasing services, you can submit your request for a refund by contacting the Webberhelp with your contact and transaction information. Kindly remember to include the order number and invoice (which you will receive via email upon placing or confirming the order).

We would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with the reason for your refund request. Although it is completely voluntary, consumer input enables us to continuously enhance the quality of our services. We would like to inform all of our clients that services that are supplied in full, such as installation services and knowledge-based hosting services, are not eligible for full refunds. After we receive refund requests, we handle them within 3 working days.
